I'm Sam. I'm happiest when a conversation goes somewhere unexpected: someone lights up about a book or trip they'd never mention in a meeting, or finally says the thing they've been turning over in their head all week.
I like people. I like listening. Too often I've seen good people hold themselves back over English soft skills, not lack of ability. That's what Off Script is about for me.
